Boneal, Inc. Announces Morgan Wells as the Recipient of $10,000 Scholarship Award

Means, Kentucky The first Boneal, Inc., Four Year Scholarship Award has been awarded to Morgan Wells, a senior at Menifee County High School.announcing the award recipient, Mr. C. J. Bailey, Director of Marketing and Public Relations said, "We have begun something here in our community that will have a tremendous impact for years to come.

We could not have found a more qualified and outstanding 'Boneal Scholar' than Morgan to receive our first award. She truly exemplifies the youth in our community whom Boneal plans to annually honor with this four year $10,000 scholarship".

Morgan plans to attend Centre College in Danville, Kentucky. The Boneal Scholar collaboration is with four of Kentucky's finest institutions of higher education, including Centre, Transylvania, Cumberland and Georgetown College. Morgan's choice is Centre College.

When notified Mr. Bill Breeze, Special Assistant to the President of Centre College, said, "We look forward to having a Boneal Scholar on our campus. We know that in selecting Morgan Wells you identified a high achieving student. We at Centre are pleased to honor the collaboration with Boneal, Inc., and hope to have another outstanding student from Menifee County as the Boneal Scholar to choose Centre next year".

In her letter of application Morgan stated, "I am determined to succeed in life and realize that a quality education is critical as a foundation from which to build this success. I am a hard worker with Christian values and intend to utilize my opportunities in life to their utmost potential. I am proud of my Appalachian heritage and take, very seriously, my potential to be a role model for the youth in my community".

Arrangements for Morgan to be hosted by the Centre College Office of Admissions for a visit to the campus, are currently being completed.
