Customer Need:
Development assistance in design, prototype and product of novel trash pick-up device.

Project Summary:
Lexington, KY businessman and entrepreneur Frank Sadler approached Boneal with a patented concept and base level prototype of a device designed to quickly and efficiently collect high volumes of consumer generated trash (i.e., bottles, cans, newspapers, etc.). Boneal agreed to: 1) refine and optimize the Sadler concept through a complete engineering analysis, 2) provide complete drawings and production specifications, 3) produce working prototypes, and 4) provide customer specified lots of market ready product.

Result Summary:
A complete product analysis and redesign was completed. Prototype and market ready machines have been provided to Sadler Inventions. A second and larger device, designed to be towed behind a full-size tractor is now being produced.
