Director of Business Development
Jeffrey B. Compton
Mr. Compton is Director of Business Development for Boneal Inc. Prior to joining Boneal, Mr. Compton was with Lexington, KY-based soft ware developer DataBeam Corporation. DataBeam, founded by current University of Kentucky President Dr. Lee T. Todd, developed a number of desktop-based document conferencing products and his company was ultimately purchased by Lotus/IBM. Prior to DataBeam, Mr. Compton was a field director for U.S. Representative Larry J. Hopkins, who represented Kentucky's 6th Congressional District. Hopkins, who retired in 1992, was a senior member on both the Agriculture and Armed Services committees. While in college, Mr. Compton led Kentucky's efforts to expand bio-fuels production capacity at the Kentucky Energy and Agriculture Cabinet. Mr. Compton is an alumnus of the University of Kentucky.
