The History of BONEAL
1995 A LEADER EMERGES
Dr. Keith Gannon became the managing partner of Boneal Incorporated and brought with him his “Manufacturing Solutions” business model. Dr. Gannon is a native of Eastern Kentucky and envisioned a technically powerful small business, based in his home state, that met the outsourcing needs of large organizations and effectively competed on a global stage.
1997 USPS RELATIONSHIP BEGINS
The United States Postal Service added Boneal Incorporated to its base of over 30,000 suppliers, with Boneal now contracted to work with the Postal Service through 2023. Since then, Boneal has become the premiere supplier for Spare & Repair parts for the postal service so that every piece of mail touches something to have come through Boneal.
Boneal, Inc. creates FabTek Fabrication, starting production in Means, KY, as a provider of complex fabrications to the power transmission industry.
Development started on the proprietary software package, Boneal.Net, an internal tool used within Boneal facilitating communication with our ERP system and leverage our resources more effectively. Its standardized approach and comprehensive structure provides the flexibility to adjust to virtually any business model, allowing Boneal to adapt and grow.
Boneal Incorporated was formally recognized for long-term commitment and partnership with the USPS with inclusion of the Boneal-USPS story in the postal display at the Smithsonian in Washington, DC.
