Project WORTH
Menifee County Adult Education and Literacy Program
Boneal has been a partner with the Menifee County Adult Education Program (Project WORTH) since its inception in the 1980's. In 1992, the director of this program, Ms. Gail Mills, along with 12 students and staff were invited to Washington D.C. and were recognized by President George Bush as a Point of Light.
Today, Boneal is proud of that distinction and continues as a member of the Menifee County Adult Education Program board of directors. Construction of a new facility to house the Literacy Program began in 2000. Boneal contributed significantly to meet the financial goal during the ground-breaking ceremony in August 2000.
